Our Heart

Divine Order

We seek to stay away from the traditions and doctrines of men as they make the Word of God ineffective. We invite the Holy Spirit to reign and rule in our times of praise, worship, and fellowship around His Word. We strive for divine order because “…we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us” (2 Corinthians 4:7) and we believe that “…where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty” (2 Corinthians 3:17)

Our desire is to encourage others to grow up into Christ through the teaching of the Bible. We believe the Body of Christ is not a one-person show, rather it is us as members sharing our gifts and talents while growing and coming into the unity of Christ through the Word of God, striving to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. We know we cannot do this alone, but we know “…with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26)

We Know No Man After the Flesh

We purpose to exemplify the love of God, so that through the body of believers the love of God “…is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost…” (Romans 5:5) God shows no partiality among His people therefore neither should His people. (Acts 10:34) We believe when a person is a new creation in Christ their background matters no more. Credentialing of man is of no importance either. However, the condition of one’s heart is crucial for the move of God to flow effectively through each one for spiritual growth, as well as building and edifying the body.

When People Ask, “What we believe…”

Since it is God’s Word that has the power to transform and change lives it is necessary that our statement of belief must contain all scriptures. There is simply no way to contain what we believe on a website page. We believe the Word of God is complete in its entirety from Genesis to Revelation, when it is rightly divided. We believe that there are no mysteries in God’s Word when we have a deep desire to study the scriptures to show ourselves approved.

“But you have been anointed by [you hold a sacred appointment from, you have been given an unction from] the Holy One, and you all know [the Truth] or you know all things.” 1 John 2:20 (AMPC)
